She did not arrive in travel by design.

Phuong began her career in environmental and water research within a government institution, a path often associated with stability and certainty. Yet over time, she realized something essential was missing. “I felt a lack of emotion in what I was doing,” she reflects.

The turning point came quietly.

A spontaneous journey to a quiet coastal village in Central Vietnam became a defining moment. There, a simple encounter with a local fisherman reshaped her perspective: A journey is not defined by the destination, but by the people you meet and the emotions you carry with you.
She chose to begin again. This time, in travel.

Designing journeys that feel deeply personal.

With over 16 years of experience, Phuong has worked with international hospitality brands such as Accor, Azerai, and Aman. Today, as a luxury travel designer in Vietnam, she creates bespoke travel experiences across Vietnam and Indochina for discerning travelers worldwide. Her guests are not simply seeking a beautiful holiday. They are looking for meaningful, authentic, and deeply personal journeys. From honeymoon couples to multi-generational families and privacy-focused travelers, each journey is thoughtfully crafted. Through years of experience, Phuong has developed an intuitive understanding of her guests, not only what they express, but what often remains unspoken. She has also built a trusted network of local hosts, artisans, and guides, opening doors to authentic, off-the-beaten-path experiences in Vietnam that cannot simply be booked online.
